Bedroom:
A large bedroom with a French bed (160 cm) with a medium-sized wardrobe, luggage rack, desk and seating. Also suitable as an office. A smaller bedroom with two separate beds (80 cm - can also be pushed together) with a wall wardrobe. Bed linen is available and included in the price.

Living room:
The large living room contains a dining table, sofa and other seating as well as a small side table, TV, WLAN and the cozy soapstone stove make the room a haven of well-being.

Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment. A Nespresso capsule machine (please bring your own capsules), a fondue caquelon and versatile cooking utensils are also part of the equipment. 4 people can comfortably sit at the kitchen table. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, washbasin and a cabinet for the necessaire. Bathroom linen is available and included in the price.
 

The 3.5-room apartment is located in an old Walser house with a total of two apartments. The house is located on the upper edge of Morissen, with a wonderful view of the village and the beautiful mountains of the Val Lumnezia. A separate seating area is part of the apartment. Through a separate cellar entrance you reach the storage room for skis, sleds or bicycles.
The apartment has been extensively renovated with a lot of attention to detail. The existing spatial structure was retained and adapted to today's requirements with subtle interventions. Thanks to natural materials such as natural stone, linoleum, various wooden floors, wooden panels and the old wooden beams, natural and cozy rooms were created. The different daylight incidence from east to west animates the rooms and shows the exciting contrasts between old and new. The bus stop (free ski bus in winter) and the village shop are within walking distance. When snow conditions are good, a ski slope leads directly to Morissen. In summer, Morissen is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours. 

Parking spaces available in consultation with other residents directly in front of the house. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
