This ground-floor apartment is the ideal choice for people who want to get out into nature. At the foot of the mountains in the Morobbia Valley, there are many treks and mountain bike routes close by.
The apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort. The spacious, open-plan living area with a corner sofa, flat-screen TV and smart dining table for 4. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a coffee machine
The garden is fully fenced and includes a table and chairs, BBQ, garden deck chairs and a table tennis table.

Bedroom: An elegant simple bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom has a full bath with a showerhead, basin and WC.

Location
The apartment is just 15 minutes from Lake Maggiore and 25 minutes from the city of Locarno, so there are plenty of things to do, for all ages, including the Splash e Spa waterpark (10 minutes)
Bellinzona is famous for its 3 medieval castles, which make up a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 10 minutes away. The town is blessed with fine architecture and some good restaurants. For self-catering, Bellinzona’s weekly market (Saturday morning) is one of the best in the region.
The closest international airport is in Italy, Milan Malpensa is 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car.
