Description of the holiday rental
The cozy hut was newly built in the year 2004 out of a goat house (swissgerman: Geissschärma).
The entrance with a small wardrobe and the living room with kitchen is located in the upper floor. The living room with kitchen is beeing heated with an chemine furnace. Well-equipped kitchen wit a glass ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge and separate freezer.
In the basement there is a parent´s bedroom with double bed, 1 guest / child bedroom with bunk bed / singel bed for 3-4 people and shower/WC. The shower/WC is beeing heated with a towel radiator, the rooms can be heated with a mobile electric heater if required. The cellar can be used as storage room. The hut can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.
The hut is located in the meadow between Unter- and Obermutten and offers a magical view to the Albula-Valley and Lenzerheide, which you can enjoy on the terrace in front of the hut.
