Bedrooms:
The chalet has three bedrooms located on the lower floor. Two rooms have beds measuring 160 x 200 cm and the third room has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. Bed linen is available on request and for an additional fee.

Living room:
Large, bright living room with fireplace, TV Swisscom, WLAN, radio and study nook on the upper floor.

Kitchen:
The kitchen with fireplace is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a glass ceramic stove, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a fondue set and a raclette oven, kitchen paper, paper napkins and spices. Kitchen linen is included in the price. A separate deep freezer is available.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms are located on the lower floor. One bathroom has a bathtub, sink and WC, the second has a large shower, sink and WC. A guest WC is located in the entrance area. Towels are not provided.

Special features:
The apartment has a spacious sauna.

The detached house in the hamlet of Miraniga is quiet, sunny and located directly on the ski slope (1430 m above sea level) with private access and a large parking area that is cleared in winter.

In summer, a well-maintained bocce court is available for you to play on. A large seating area invites you to linger.

Distances: Rufalipark 10 minutes on foot, restaurant nearby, shopping facilities 20 minutes on foot, Ilanz 10 minutes by car, Laax/Flims/Falera approx. 20 minutes by car.

Pets allowed on request. Non-smoking house. Not wheelchair accessible.
