An open living space with kitchen/dining area. The living room features an open wood stove (firewood provided), dining table, sofa, TV, WiFi throughout the apartment (free). Large balcony facing south with morning and evening sun.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob with oven, a large fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). Kitchen linen available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
One bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet/sink, the other bathroom has a toilet/sink, shower and washing machine. Towels available and included in the price.

The 4.5-room holiday apartment (95 m2) is in a multi-family house with a total of 4 apartments on the 2nd floor. The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a beautiful location not far from the ski slopes. From the balcony, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.

In the basement, there is a ski cellar where skis can be stored. Next to the house, there is the possibility to store bicycles in a lockable shed.

A parking space is available directly in front of the house.
