Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 small double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Small living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds (70 cm, length 180 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. Rustic, simple single-family house "Cà Listra". Above Paudo, in the district Val Morobbia, in a sunny position on a slope, 10 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside. For shared use: meadow. Private: terraced garden (not fenced), lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Steep motor access. 200 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 5.3 km, bus stop "Postauto/Autopostale Nr. 212", railway station "Giubiasco" 10 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 14 km. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona, UNESCO, Mercato di Bellinzona, Sabato, Ponte Tibetano, Monte Carasso, Gudo, Rebenpfad, via del Ferro, Splash and SPA, Rivera, Monte Tamaro, Lido di Locarno. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore, Locarno. Hiking paths: Valle Morobbia-Paudo Motto della Croce, Pian' Dolce, Monti di Ravecchia, Monti, di Daro,Capanna Gesero, Pizzo Gesero. Please note: car recommended.
