Description of the holiday rental

Very cosy apartment with 4 1/2 rooms (55m2), top floor, in a typical Engadin house, under the roof with wooden panelling and visible wooden beams, central, quiet location. Spacious living area with SAT-TV, radio/CD, phone, kitchenette and dining table. 1 double and 2 single bedrooms. Bath/toilet. Parking, lawn, possibility to do laundry. Next to busstop, shops, skilift, indoor swimming pool, ice-skating. The hiking trails in direction Alp Languard and Muottas Muragl start in front of our house and from the lokal ski lift you can ski down directly to our house.Pets allowed. Special conditions can be agreed upon for the off-season.
