The apartment is reached via 20 external steps. A private parking space is also provided. The 3-storey residence also benefits from a communal garden, for guests’ enjoyment.

A host of local amenities and eateries are also easily reachable on foot, within 9 minutes. Popular nearby highlights including the Olive Trail, Monte Bre and Lugano city are all within easy reach by car, whilst the tourist attractions of the central lake on Lake Como are within easy driving distance too (42 minutes’ away). For those flying in, Lugano airport is 20 minutes’ drive away, whilst Milan Malpensa is 68 minutes’ drive away.
