Palazzo Comacio

The 26 m2 studio has its own bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The room is furnished with a dining table, armchairs, and a 160 cm wide double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with two hotplates, a fridge, a Nespresso machine, and the necessary crockery. In addition to the underfloor heating, a fireplace ensures cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere. Wi-Fi reception in every studio. Upon arrival, we provide you with coffee capsules, crispbread, butter, honey, and coffee cream for the first breakfast.

Coming from Bellinzona, the silhouette of the Palazzo Comacio appears on the outskirts of Roveredo, right next to the Romanesque tower of the church of San Giulio. The imposing building bears the name of its builder, Tomaso Comacio.

Roveredo is the main town of Mesolcina and is located in the valley floor. The village is nestled in a hilly mountainous landscape that conveys a sense of security. In addition to some remarkable historical buildings, Roveredo offers a lively village life and an intact infrastructure, such as grocery stores, a organic shop, two butcher's shops, two pharmacies, a bakery, restaurants and bars.

The Moesa river, which flows through the village, offers safe bathing opportunities in the summer season.

Bellinzona can be reached by public transport in half an hour, Locarno and Lugano in one hour.
