The studio casa la Roda nr. 5 is located in the beautiful Sedrun. Sedrun is located in the Surselva where skiing, cross-country skiing and snow sports are very popular. The Sedrun Andermatt ski area includes just over 100 kilometres of ski slopes. The ski pistes extend from Andermatt, Sedrun to Disentis. The young Rhine has its source here. A hike well worth seeing.
The house was rebuilt in the Grisons style in 2017. Very well maintained and ideal for holiday flats.
All our flats have been built with lots of local wood, including the floors are covered with parquet. The bathroom with Valzer quartzite tiles. The kitchen is also made of solid wood.
The house is in a quiet location, but you are only a few minutes' walk from the railway station, for example, from where you can catch the train to the approx. 100 km of ski slopes.
Shopping facilities are also within easy reach.

Other sports and leisure facilities: The large ski pistes can be reached by train or car. Train journey approx. 3 min. The railway station is approx. 5 minutes' walk from the house. The children's ski lifts are within walking distance. In summer the bathing lake is approx. 15 minutes' walk from the house and the flat is located outside the centre. The centre is a 5-minute walk away and everything is within easy reach.interesting property.
