The charming Engadine house from 1699 welcomes you with its historic façade on a steep little street on the upper edge of the village. The house has 2 flats. The holiday flat described here comprises 2 floors with 110 m/2 of living space. The ground floor with entrance hall, kitchen, dining area and Swiss stone pine stüva is dominated by interlocking round arches. A staircase leads to the three bedrooms and the WC/bathroom on the 1st floor.

There is a small attic flat on the 2nd floor of the house; this flat is permanently let and is not included in the offer. Access for the tenants of the attic flat is via the side entrance on the 1st floor through the shared corridor by the staircase. Mutual consideration is requested.

The Postbus stop and the main shopping facilities on the village square are only a few steps away. There is a parking space in front of the house for loading and unloading your car, and you can also park your car in the multi-storey car park at the entrance to the village (300m walk / costs CHF 25 per week / parking tickets on arrival are available on request). A special feature is the connection from Sent to the Scuol/Motta Naluns ski area via the so-called dream piste. This piste takes you almost to the front door after a full day of skiing / 150m walk. Please enquire about the availability of the dream piste, as this piste may be closed when snow conditions are scarce. During the ski season, use of the bus service from Sent to the valley station is free for holders of a ski pass.
The post bus to Scuol runs hourly during the day, in the evening a local taxi company takes over the connection at reduced prices. Further information on request.

Arvenstube with wood-burning stove/heatable from the kitchen, central heating combined wood/electricity. In winter it may be necessary to heat the stoves in addition to the central heating. There is no television, but the balcony compensates for this with a magnificent view over the village and the Lower Engadine mountains.
Simple, well-equipped kitchen that makes regional cooking an authentic experience with its Tiba cooker, plus a modern Elektrolux cooker with glass ceramic hob and oven. (Nepresso machine, milk frother and kettle are available, there is no dishwasher.
