Description of the holiday rental

Detached house in the beautiful Val Fex near Sils/Segl Maria. A place of peace and relaxation. The house is situated off the beaten track on the southern slope of the Fex Valley, surrounded by meadows and larch forest. The furnishings are functional and lovingly cared for. From the house you have a wonderful view into the Fextal to the glacier and all around to the mountains. The house is heated by a large tiled storage stove. Wonderful starting point for hikes and winter sports, Sils Maria can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes via the gorge path. The Fextal is closed to private motorised traffic.  Our guests are brought from Sils to the house on arrival and departure, by prior arrangement. Own vehicles can be parked in the multi-storey car park in Sils at your own expense. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and only on the ground floor.
