Cozy 1-room holiday apartment furnished with pine wood furniture on the 2nd floor. Entrance with renovated kitchen (without dishwasher). Living-/ dining room with integrated foldaway bed for 2 persons. Covered balcony with a view. Bathroom with shower/WC. Elevator in the building. Limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved). A fitness room for public use is available in the holiday apartment building.
