The apartment Sulai is located on the 1st floor and is facing south-west with unobstructed views to the mountains, the village of Sta. Maria as well as to the mountain pass "Ofenpass". The 2.5-room apartment offers an open space with living area and balcony and kitchen included dining area, a closed bedroom and a gallery in the top floor. There are a fast internet connection, a TV and a JBL music system for Iphone and so on available. The car park is left in front of the house. The apartment is unsuitable for children under 10 years. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Pets are not allowed out of respect to the following guests.
The house was built with a special focus on design, quality of life and functionality. Traditional Grisons style elements were combined with timelessly modern architecture.
