Bedrooms:
Three spacious bedrooms with boxspring double beds. Two bedrooms with double beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and/or dressers. Bed and bath linen available, not included in the price.

Living room:
The living room features a tiled stove, a dining table with six chairs, a two-part upholstered seating group, a club table, and a sideboard. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven. Two refrigerators, one of which is located in the pantry. A Delizio coffee machine (bring your own capsules), raclette oven, and fondue caquelons for cheese and meat. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom with bathtub/WC and sink, washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. One bathroom with shower/WC and sink. Bath linen available, not included in the price.

The spacious vacation home (150m2) is a beautiful 6-room farmhouse. It is located on the lower edge of Surcuolm and near the valley station Valata. 

From the seating area and living room, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. If needed, you can store bicycles, etc. in the adjacent "Schöpfli".

Distance to the valley station Valata: 25 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car. In winter, the valley station can also be reached directly on skis and snowboard. 

Up to four parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
