Ideal for a larger family or two families who want to enjoy their holidays in the same flat.
It has room for up to 9 people, 2 double bedrooms, one with a children's bed and 5 beds on the gallery and a fireplace in the living room for a cosy atmosphere.
In the house there is also a sauna, shared use (with coin-operated machine), and a laundry room is available (shared use).

In winter, the ski slope above the Valata valley station is just 50 metres away.
Close to a practice ski lift approx. 150m and approx. 200m to the Valata valley station, which leads to the beautiful, extensive ski area of Obersaxen.
In summer there is a very nice hiking area which promises good recreation.
