Description of the holiday rental
The 100m² flat is located in a block of flats on beautiful Lake Walen. Ideal location at any time of year, just cross the road and you are on the beach to cool off or enjoy a beautiful sunset on a walk. In summer we also offer a boat for hire for a fee. The Unterterzen Flumserberg cable car is just a 5-minute walk away and offers great skiing, biking and hiking opportunities. Shopping facilities can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Restaurants are also within walking distance.
The holiday flat is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms (double bed/bunk bed) (additional sleeping possibility is the pull-out sofa bed in the living room). Living/dining area and a fully equipped new kitchen with oven ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, a Tchibo capsule machine, toaster, fondue set etc. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer. Living area with sofa bed, table and TV with Netflix and Bluewin TV included.
We also offer an intermediate cleaning service for a fee
The holiday flat is contemporary, newly renovated and comfortably furnished. It has WLAN in the whole flat. Pets not allowed, non-smoking flat.
Sports facilities in the surrounding area: fishing, mountain biking, tobogganing, skiing (alpine), surfing, diving, tennis, water skiing, sailing
Location description: Guests can experience a lot in this area, in summer just cross the road and you are on the beach and can cool off in the lake on hot days or enjoy a nice walk with sunset in the evening. The cable car to Flumserberg is just 300 metres away, whether you want to go hiking or skiing in winter
