Comfortable 3* apartment of 70 m2 on the ground floor. Bright living room with a sofa bed, a decorative fireplace, an LED HD television (flat screen) with cable (more than 200 channels) with WebTV. Magnificent open kitchen (new, 2021) with central island, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.
