Description of the holiday rental

Detached family house, extremely quiet and sunny, with 9 beds for adults, 2 children's beds and 1 cot in 5 rooms; two bathrooms with WC: one with bath, one with shower cubicle; spacious living room with dining table, seating area, TV and piano; modern kitchen. The house borders the agricultural zone on two sides and there is a year-round access road. Lake Schönenboden (bathing lake) is only 150 metres from the house. From the south-facing terrace you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the mountains. For cars: double garage and additional private parking space in front of the house. The house is located outside all 4 danger zones (avalanches, floods, landslides, rockfall).

The house is usually rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday; exceptions are possible in the middle season (spring and late autumn) and on request, as well as special conditions for longer stays; you will find our coordinates under "Request".
