Bedroom:
Double bed on the open gallery (separate mattresses), wardrobe, individual light and shelves. Bed linen is available and not included in the price.

Living area:
An open living area with kitchen and dining area. Dining table with three chairs. The sofa can be converted into a relaxation area for two (can be used as a bed). Balcony with a view of the mountain panorama of the Surselva. In summer, morning and evening sun. WLAN (free), one TV (flat screen) with satellite connection and international channels. Music system for radio and music reception available. Current issues of Terra Grischuna (Graubünden magazine) with information about the country and its people are available, as well as maps and information material. A small library and a small selection of board games can be used if required.

Kitchen:
Compact kitchenette with 3-plate electric stove, oven, refrigerator, water kettle, espresso maker, French press coffee maker, coffee machine, fondue caquelon, waffle iron, Soda-Stream water carbonator, toaster, Spätzle press, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery complete. Kitchen linen is available and not included in the price.

Interior:
The house was built in 1978 and is constantly maintained to a high standard. The apartment is practically furnished, the bathroom was completely modernized in 2012. Exterior walls (ceiling) and windows were renewed in 2009. The central heating ensures comfortable temperatures.

The 1-room apartment (30 m²) is built in a maisonette style and is located in a multi-family house with a total of 7 apartments.
The "Titschalhaus" (two houses connected via the underground garage) is located in Miraniga in a quiet location.
From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the mountain panorama of the Surselva.

A reserved, open parking space is available directly next to the house. Skis can be stored in the underground garage, as well as bicycles in the summer. Ski or hiking boots can be stored in the stairwell under the stairs in a dry and warm place.
Ski descent to the piste is about 50 m from the house, return via the piste behind the house in about 80 m distance. 

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
