Spacious, furnished 4 ½ room apartment with a gross floor area of 120 m2 featuring three double bedrooms for 6 people. From the apartment and its surrounding balcony, you have a great view of the mountains. It is equipped modernly with two bathrooms (shower/WC and bathtub/WC), a chimney, and a quality kitchen with all the needed facilities such as a ceramic glass hob, a stove, a dishwasher, a fridge plus freezer, and a "Delizio" capsule coffee machine.
For the first rental day a starter set with a garbage bag, coffee capsules, soap, and shampoo are provided.

The living room with chimney features an LCD screen with international cable TV and a DVD player as well as free wireless for your laptop.

After a strenuous day, the in-house, luxury, and free wellness facility (sauna, whirlpool, and Hamam) invites you for a visit.

Casa della Vita is located in the popular Winkelmatten district in a quiet location. The house offers luxurious living in the fantastic mountain world of Zermatt. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away and the valley station of the Matterhorn Express, the main ski lift to the Zermatt ski area, the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, and the summer hiking trails around Zermatt, is a 10-minute walk away. After a 20-minute walk, you will reach the village center with its bars, shops, and restaurants.
In the communal areas, you will find the excellently equipped wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, and hammam (steam bath), as well as a ski room with heated ski boot locker. A lift takes you from the entrance area to your apartment. The house can be reached by electric taxi or bus (Winkelmatten line).
