Cozy, bright 2 1/2 room apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Matterhorn. The apartment is equipped and furnished in typical alpine style with wood paneling. The apartment has an open living and dining area and a newly renovated, open kitchen. The cozy seating area with bench offers space for up to 5 people. The living room impresses with a cozy sofa corner with TV and direct access to one of the two balconies. Above the living area there is a small gallery, which can be reached via an electric staircase. Here there is a small desk, a double bed and a single bed.

The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and plenty of closet space, as well as access to the second balcony.

Both balconies have sun all day and offer a view of the Matterhorn.

The bathroom was newly renovated at the end of 2024 and is equipped with a toilet, a vanity including storage space and a shower/ bath.

The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances and accessories: dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, all dishes, enough pots and pans, fondue set, etc. As well as basic ingredients such as vinegar, oil and spices and other kitchen utensils such as kitchen roll, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, etc.

The Rollin House is located in a very quiet location in the idyllic Winkelmatten district at the foot of the Matterhorn. Winkelmatten can be reached on foot or by electric bus and offers an ideal starting point for the summer and winter ski area and all hiking trails. The bus stops about 100m from the house; a supermarket and various restaurants are within easy walking distance, as is the nearby center of Zermatt.
The apartment is designed for a maximum of 5 people, but the ideal and most spacious area is for up to 4 people.
