High above the rooftops of Zuoz, this cosy, sunny attic flat is situated in a beautiful panoramic location right next to the train station and within walking distance of the village square. The house is situated on a footpath and can be reached by car via the building's own underground car park. A reserved parking space is available for our guests. There is a lift in the house. The Coop is directly accessible via an in-house connection. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Pro Bosio B12. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

The flat has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sunny living/dining room with an additional gallery. The kitchen is integrated into the living area. The flat does not have a balcony.

Furnishings:
The master bedroom with double bed, which is connected to its own bathroom with shower, is on its own floor. The children's bedroom is also furnished with a double bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub. The ultra-modern kitchen contains a fridge with freezer, an induction hob with retractable extractor fan, an oven, a steamer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Swisscom TV and W-Lan are available for free use.

The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.

Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
