Location and general information:
Chesa Serin is situated in a quiet, traffic-free location on the eastern edge of the village of Zuoz within walking distance of the railway station and the golf course and faces south. The flat comes with a parking space in the communal car park in the Vuorcha neighbourhood. There is a lift in the building. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Serin. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
Room layout:
The flat in the Chesa Serin has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms and is suitable for a family with children as well as for four adults. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, while the other bathroom has a shower in addition to the toilet and washbasin. Both bathrooms have windows. The large living/dining room with Swedish stove and south-facing balcony has a spacious, open-plan kitchen. The flat is very bright and sunny and in an absolutely quiet location.
Furnishings:
The flat is cosy and practically furnished. The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are covered with light-coloured maple parquet. Ceramic tiles have been used in the corridor and wet rooms. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The flat is equipped with Sunrise TV and free Wi-Fi.

Village description:
Zuoz - Customs and tradition in an idyllic mountain village
The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Numerous proud patrician houses such as the Chesa Planta confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
