The flat in the Chesa Arpschellas is situated in a very beautiful south-east facing location on the lower edge of the village of Zuoz within walking distance of the railway station and the golf course. There is a communal laundry room in the house. A reserved garage parking space belongs to the flat. There is a lift in the Chesa Arpschellas. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Arpschellas. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

The flat in the Chesa Arpschellas has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and an entrance area with a cloakroom. There is a foldaway bed for two people in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub with a folding glass wall, a toilet and a washbasin. The living room has a large glass front facing the balcony, which makes the flat bright and sunny. The flat has a spacious south-east-facing balcony.

The flat is cosy and practically furnished. The living area has a light-coloured parquet floor, while the bedroom is fitted with fitted carpet and the bathroom with ceramic tiles. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The flat is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.

The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Numerous proud patrician houses such as the Chesa Planta confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.

Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
