The studio features two single beds and a new, small kitchen. It also has a bathroom with a shower. A balcony is included with the apartment. A ski room is available for communal use, and a garage space can be rented for an additional fee.
In winter (from the first Monday in December until the first Sunday in April), Residenza Belvair offers a shared wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, showers, and fitness equipment.
The holiday home Residenza Belvair is situated at the entrance of Zuoz. The train station, tourist information, and Coop supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country skiing and golf center with a sports shop are also within walking distance.
