The apartment in the Chesa Arlas is situated on a very beautiful panoramic location above the old village centre of Zuoz, close to the ski area. It was completely renovated a few years ago. In the Chesa Arlas there are a total of three apartments. There is an outdoor car park and a garage place on an outdoor lift. There is no lift in the house. Pets are welcome at Chesa Arlas. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment in Chesa Arlas has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living/dining room with open kitchen and a garden seating area. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a laundry and a toilet.

Facilities: The apartment has been completely renovated. Stone slabs were laid in the entrance area, the kitchen and the living room. In the bedroom there is a new carpet. The kitchen, which has a glass ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, has also been completely renovated. It is separated from the dining area by a half-height counter. The bathroom is also completely new. In all rooms modern furniture alternates with the typical Arven furniture of the region and together they create a cosy, hot atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and free W-Lan.

Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  


In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  


Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
