The kitchen is well-equipped (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, fondue & raclette, filter and Nespresso coffee machine etc.).

Living area with granite tiles, bedroom with larch parquet (underfloor heating).
Use of the underground parking space as well as the outside parking space is included in the flat rent.
