Modern, comfortable 3½ room apartment in a central location on the top floor with 2 balconies and garage space. Location and general information: High above the roofs of Zuoz is this spacious attic apartment in the most beautiful panoramic location directly at the station and within walking distance to the village square. The house is on a footpath and can be reached by car via the house's own underground car park. A reserved garage place is available for our guests. There is a lift in the house. The Coop is directly accessible via an in-house connection. Pets are welcome at the Chesa Pro Bosio. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining room with visible roof construction. The kitchen is integrated into the living area. From the two balconies there is a free view, once to the southeast and once to the southwest.
Facilities: In the master bedroom, which is connected to a private bathroom with bathtub, there is a large double bed. The children's room is equipped with a smaller double bed. The second bathroom contains a shower. Both bedrooms have recently been refurnished. The extraordinarily spacious living/dining room has a comfortable corner upholstery group and a dining table for 6 persons. The kitchen contains a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a glass ceramic cooker with steam extractor, an oven, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are covered with parquet flooring, the bathrooms with ceramic tiles. Swisscom TV and W-Lan are available for free use.
