Renovated, cosy 2½-room flat in a quiet location on the 2nd floor with fireplace and balcony right next to the valley station of the Chastlatsch chairlift.

Location and general information:
The flat in the Chesa Terza is situated in a beautiful south-east facing location right next to the valley station of the Chastlatsch chairlift, within walking distance of the village centre and the train station. There is a communal laundry room in the building. The flat has a reserved parking space in the garage on the same floor as the flat. There is a lift in the building. Pets are welcome in the Chesa Terza. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
Room layout:
The flat in the Chesa Terza has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living/dining room and a separate kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub with a glass partition. The separate, modern kitchen with wooden fronts is equipped with a window. The living and dining room has a generous glass front facing the balcony, which makes the flat exceptionally bright and sunny. The flat has a small, sheltered balcony. There is a fireplace in the living room for cosy evenings by the fire.
Furnishings:
The flat is equipped with modern comforts. There is a light-coloured tiled floor throughout the flat. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The flat is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.
A small, sunny home for skiers and connoisseurs, also with a dog!
Other living room facilities (living room 1): spacious living room with new and modern furnishings. Fireplace, unobstructed panoramic view, very bright, covered balcony. The entire living room was refurnished in 2009 !!!
Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): Cosy, stylish bedroom with spacious wardrobes. Very quiet location. The bedroom was completely refurnished in 2009 !
Other kitchen equipment (kitchen1): complete kitchen equipment, in spring 2009 various appliances and utensils were newly purchased (oven, Nespresso machine, raclette grill, toaster etc.).

Zuoz - Customs and tradition in an idyllic mountain village
The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Numerous proud patrician houses such as the Chesa Planta confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.

The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
