This beautiful three-bedroom freestanding chalet, situated at the foot of the sought after holiday destination Obergoms is the perfect place for those who love cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, walking, hiking, biking and of course the beautiful nature. The Chalet La Neuf was awarded 5***** in 2021. Reach the longest cross country ski trail in Wallis by foot ,the Aletsch Arena cable lift in Fiesch within a ten minutes drive and enjoy your holiday in this UNESCO world natural heritage site. All year round! The completely renovated Chalet La Neuf, divided on two floors, consists of three bedrooms, a fully equipped and new kitchen, one spacious living and dining area and a cosy fire place, two bathrooms (one on each floor) and a great outside area with a terrace, a balcony and a garden surrounding this typical Alps chalet. Entering Chalet Neuf, one arrives in the spacious living with dining area and access to the balcony which offers far-reaching views into the Rhonevalley. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and a hallway with stairs to the ground-floor. This ground floor is composed by a landing area from which you can access the three bedrooms (one with door to the garden and terrace) and the bathroom with walk in shower. In 2022, a spacious sauna was installed in the extension and the room was stylishly and comfortably renovated. From the sauna you can enjoy the view of the snowy winter mountains. Pure wellness for body, mind and soul! You can rent the sauna separately during your stay at La Neuf. The chalet also includes 1 private parking space in the garage. A second garage parking space can be rented during your stay in addition. Also, if you are interested in exploring the surrounding area as well and enjoy also the other ski/hike resorts such as Zermatt and Saas-Fee, no problem, the Matterhorn-Gotthard Bahn, which stops at only 5 minutes from the property, brings you to all the resorts in the area.
