With unobstructed views of the Albula valley towards Savognin. By car you can reach Lenz/Lantsch (Roland Biathlon Arena) in 6 minutes (4km) and Lenzerheide in 10 minutes (9km).
The flat is on the top floor of an apartment block (entrance and access from above, no stairs, at ground level).
