Bedrooms: High-quality bed linen and finest goose down duvets are provided in all bedrooms and are charged separately. Under the roof, there is a cozy parent bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and plenty of storage space in built-in wardrobes. An installed shoe and glove dryer ensures dry clothes and shoes. The sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200 cm) can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. Note: There is no blackout option in the attic living room.

Living room: The attic living area features a cozy dining corner with a bench seating for 6-8 people. Toys, books, and board games are available. The living room opens onto the large covered south-facing balcony with two comfortable rocking chairs and a large dining table with a wall-mounted folding bench. The balcony can be lit for a romantic starry sky effect. At the bottom of the stairs in the entrance area, there is a small cloakroom with wall hooks and shoe racks. A shoe and glove dryer is installed in the parent bedroom. Note: The stairs from the attic living room lead down to the apartment entrance. On request, the stairwell can be blocked with a child safety gate.

Kitchen: The attic kitchen is fully modern equipped with an induction hob (4 burners), a small dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). A fondue set (for up to 6 people) invites you to cozy get-togethers. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom: The attic bathroom features a spacious shower, a toilet, and a washbasin with under-cabinet storage. A hairdryer is available. The pleasant underfloor heating ensures a warm and comfortable bathroom experience. Towels are provided and included in the price.

Two apartments connected by a connecting door, with 10 beds and two additional mattresses, accommodating up to 12 people. 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 large living rooms with panoramic windows, 2 balconies, a total of 6.5 rooms and approx. 143m². The apartments are spread over two floors and connected by an internal staircase (which can be locked). Both apartments also have their own separate entrance from the staircase. Both apartments were newly built and furnished in a modern style in 2024. From the large, south-facing balcony overlooking the garden, there is a wonderful view of the village and across to Obersaxen on the other side of the valley. Non-smoking property.
