The house is located at the entrance to Breil/Brigels, in the Crest la Crusch residential complex. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.
The free ski bus takes you directly to the ski school and the mountain railway valley station in winter. Shopping facilities are easily accessible within a ten-minute walk.
