Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 2 sofa beds. Bedding provided. Wardrobes, dressers, nightstands and chairs in all rooms.

Living room:
Separate living room with seating for 6, a dining table with 4-5 chairs. Satellite TV and stereo. Speckstone oven.

Kitchen:
Kitchen is fully equipped. Ceramic cooktop plus wood-fired stove with speckstone plate for heating. Filter coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer with 3 compartments. Dishwasher, raclette oven, fondue set. Kitchen linen provided and included.

Bathrooms:
1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, washbasin and WC. A separate WC on the ground floor. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement laundry room for shared use for a fee (CHF 3.50 per wash).

The 6-room holiday home is situated at 1,176 metres above sea level on a wonderful sunny terrace with views over the entire Val Lumnezia. The panorama offers a magnificent view of the mountain world. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

In approximately 15 minutes by car, you will reach the valley station in Vella. Hikers and cyclists will find wonderful opportunities to enjoy their sport right outside the front door.
