The kitchen also has a private washing machine. Two garage parking spaces can be rented for an additional fee.

During the renovation of the apartment, great care was taken to use high-quality materials. Granite flooring was installed in the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms, while the living room and bedrooms have warm wooden floors. This apartment provides an all-around comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

Next to the neighborhood is the 5-star Giardino Mountain hotel, where you can use the children's area and the wellness facilities (for a fee).
