Sunny, cozy, large and family-friendly vacation apartment in Cunter near Savognin with a beautiful view of the medieval castle of Riom. The 90m2 large 3.5 room apartment is conveniently located, as the Postbus stops directly in front of the house (stop "Dafora") and there is also plenty of parking for motorists in front of the house or above on the public parking lot. The ski bus (stop "Vischnanca") is also only a 4-5 minutes walk away. It takes you directly to the valley station of Savognin and back. With the post bus you are in Savognin in 2 minutes, on foot in 15-20 minutes. If you want to travel a little further, you can be in Lenzerheide, Bergün or on the Julier Pass in 25 minutes. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. It has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. In addition, 1-2 people can spend the night on the sofa bed. The apartment is furnished in a family-friendly way. In addition to some toys, a baby crib and a baby high chair are available. Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are available. The separate kitchen is very well equipped with, among other things, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a raclette oven, a fondue caquelon and many other kitchen gadgets. In the living room there is a TV with satellite reception and DVD. Internet is available via WLAN with 50 Mbit/s download and 10 Mbit/s upload speed. The bathroom with daylight has a bathtub with shower armature, a toilet and a washbasin with a mirror cabinet and a vanity unit. The balcony is sunny and offers a nice view. In the apartment building, the garden, a ski and storage room and the washing machine (Tuesday afternoons) can be shared. Pets and smoking are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment. The keys are handed over independently with the help of a key box next to the apartment door.
