You will find our flat in the centre of Flims Dorf. Just a stone's throw away from the ski area.
Our cosy flat is fully equipped. A large 1.5 room flat which is very close to public transport incl. shuttle to the cable cars (50 m), grocery shops and the Flims, Laax, Falera ski area (Arena Express/Flem Express) which is only a 7 minute walk away.
The large living room has a large couch, dining table and folding beds that can be used for 4 people.
There is also a separate room which can be partitioned off with a sliding door. This has 2 90cm beds which can be used either individually or as a double bed.
In this sunny flat you have a marvellous view of the mountains from the balcony. The flat offers you 40m2 of living space, flat screen TV, WLAN and a windless balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (integrated shower) as well as a mirror cabinet / toilet etc. Hairdryer at your disposal. Hairdryer at your free disposal.
There is a car park with charging facilities for electric cars on the property.
The kitchen is equipped with the most important household appliances including a fondue caquelon.
The nearest town, Chur, is 10 km or 15 minutes away by car.
