Cozy 2-room apartment 38 sqm (3 beds), good furnished, on the 1st floor with indoor pool and sauna. Top location,
quiet with great views of the mountains and the Laaxer See. From the beautiful south-facing balcony you can enjoy the sun until the evening hours. The apartment has a covered, reserved outdoor parking. It is a 3-5 minute walk to the bus station and grocery stores. The bus ride to the vally station is only about 5 minutes and is free. It is a Non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
The indoor swimming pool and sauna will be closed from 13 April to 18 December 2026 for renovation work.
