The flat is on the 2nd floor with lift. Heated swimming pool, garden and lounge in the residence are for shared use.
The cosy Piazza Grande with various shops and restaurants and the old town of Locarno are only 5 to 10 minutes' walk away. Locarno/Muralto railway station is also a 5-10 minute walk away. The middle station of the Madonna del Sasso cable car is 3 minutes away and the bus stop 5 minutes.
In the winter months from November to March, the studio can also be rented on a monthly basis on request.
