Bedrooms:
Lower floor: one double room, upper floor: one double room and one triple room (children's room).
Living room:
Bright, cozy living area with a large table, sofa, and club table. Additionally, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and DAB radio.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, a kettle and a Delizio capsule machine (bring capsules) are available. 1 set of kitchen linen and one trash bag are included in the price.
Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower and WC/lavabo. A hairdryer is available. On the upper floor, there is a WC with lavabo.
The 4.5-room holiday apartment is located on the edge of the village in a beautiful location near the Misanenga valley station. From the living room, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. From the kitchen, you can see the Misanenga ski lift. The skis can be stored in the ski room or cellar.
Parking facilities are sufficiently available at the Rufali Park. Distance to the ski lift, ice rink, football field, playground, Rufali lake, and restaurant is only 3 minutes on foot. In winter, the winter sports bus is available for free.
Pets only upon request. Non-smoking apartment.
