Our house in Ruschein is a Minergie-A house in a class of its own. The Minergie standard does not mean endless technology, but technology that makes you feel good. Awarded a Plus Energy Diploma in 2014 for its architecture and energy efficiency. Simply a jewel - nestled in the middle of a beautiful natural landscape in the Surselva. Enjoy peace and quiet with a unique view. The house is equipped with modern technology and offers space for pure relaxation. The access road is well developed and yet as soon as you step out of the front door, you are already in nature and can start your hikes, snowshoe tours or bike tours. Sitting on the terrace or in the large window in the living room in the evening is pure enjoyment. You can watch beautiful sunsets. An eventful day can be rounded off with a visit to the sauna in your own home.

Village description: Ruschein was an independent political municipality until 31 December 2014. On 1 January, Ruschein merged with 12 other municipalities to form the new municipality of Ilanz/Glion. Ruschein lies at an altitude of 1,155 metres above sea level and covers an area of just under 13 km2. The population is around 350 people. You can find out more about Ruschein at www.ilanz-glion.ch.
