Winter:
The Corviglia/Piz Nair, Corvatsch, Diavolezza/Lagalb and Zuoz ski areas offer skiers and snowboarders perfect pistes. Cross-country skiers can enjoy the impressive winter landscape on over 220 kilometres of trails or on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes. For hiking enthusiasts, there are 150 kilometres of winter hiking trails through snow-covered valleys such as Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever. Carriage rides and the toboggan run on Muottas Muragl are a highlight.

Summer:
The Engadin is a paradise for hikers and bikers. Over 580 kilometres of hiking trails and 400 kilometres of bike trails lead through idyllic landscapes and the impressive high valley. The Upper Engadin lakes also invite you to enjoy adventures such as kitesurfing, sailing and stand-up paddling.

Excursion destinations:
The combination of mountains, lakes and light is unique. Sporting highlights include three flow trails on the Corviglia and two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. In addition to sport, the region offers cultural experiences, such as museums and galleries in the Engadin villages.

Samedan - the lively village:
Samedan is the district capital and a central transport hub for the Rhaetian Railway as well as the location of Europe's highest airport. Despite its economic importance, the village retains its traditional charm with Engadine houses and cultural highlights such as the "La Tuor" cultural tower and the "Planta House". The Mineralbad & Spa and activities on Muottas Muragl, which offers breathtaking views, provide relaxation. Hiking trails such as "La Senda" and the waterway are a must in summer, while golfers appreciate the 18-hole course just outside Samedan. In winter, the Survih ski area, a cross-country skiing centre, a toboggan run and the ice rink attract visitors.
