Charming Swiss Chalet built in 1963 lies on the south in the middle of open fields with a stream below and a clear view to the Swiss Alps and yet located within walking distance to a town and ski lifts.
Located in Unterwasser at 950 m.Ü.M next to the town Wildhaus in the valley of the mountain Säntis and the famous 7 peaks named Churfirsten.
One can enjoy the area year round. If one chooses, there are endess possibilities, for example ; Skiing, Touring, Cross Country Skiing, Sleding, Ice Skating, Curling, Swimming in or out doors, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Tennis, Golf, Fishing, Hang and Para gliding just to name a few.
The house is ca. 74 m2 in size. Has a simple Kitchen and Bath with two separate Bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 people and has all the conveniences of home. Plus a Swiss touch of tradition in cooking possibilities. There are household appliances such as cheese or meat Fondue and a Raclette grill for use.
The yard on the southside is large with a stone fire pit. There are 3 outside seating possibilities from garden to balcony, please look at the adjoined pictures and information.
