Maiensäss Adlerhorst, Valendas

Bedrooms:
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one room with a double bed (180x200cm) and a triple room with a double bed (180x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm).

Living area:
The living area features a cozy sofa corner (pull-out sofa bed for 2 people). A dining area with a large dining table, corner bench and chairs.

Kitchen:
The modern and open kitchen has a gas stove, wood cooker, work island and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, fondue set, spices, vinegar, oil, various teas and a Nespresso coffee machine. Hot water: prepared by wood cooker; 120l boiler.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower and toilet. Hot water: prepared by wood cooker; 120l boiler.

Other:
The Maiensäss has a large terrace facing south and west as well as a seating area with grill and well (also serves as a refrigerator). Light and sockets (220V) in all rooms.

Anyone who wants to escape the daily grind and enjoys the sound of cowbells is exactly right with holidays in the Maiensässhütte "Adlerhorst". Relaxation - peace - nature - pure.

The hut is alone, surrounded by meadows and forest, idyllically located in the Valendas area (municipality of Safiental) above the hamlet of Turisch at almost 1400m above sea level. It offers a wonderful view of the Ruinaulta (Rhein Gorge) and the "Weisse Arena" in Flims-Laax.

The original stable was converted into a holiday home starting in 1972 and renovated in 2015. The hut with about 70sqm of living space has a solid basic equipment, but the coziness of a Maiensäss has not been lost. After the entrance door, you enter through the cloakroom area, past the wet cell, into the open kitchen with spacious dining nook and cozy sofa corner. Furthermore, there is the possibility to buy fine fresh products at the Turisch farm. The Maiensässhütte offers a total of 5 beds (one triple room and one double room).
The solar cell on the roof provides light and power in every room. The hot water is generated by the wood cooker with integrated hot water preparation and stored in the 120l boiler. The beautiful seating area with grill in front of the hut invites you to enjoy the wonderful view.
