Spacious 1½ room apartment with 34 sqm of living space for two people. It features modern furnishing and has a bathtub with shower, a modern kitchen with glass ceramic cooking zones, baking oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, "Delizio" capsule coffee maker, toaster and fondue set.
For the first rental day a starter set with garbage bag, coffee capsules, soap and shampoo is provided.
The combined living room-bedroom features a modern LCD television, DVD and cable television, stereo system and free WIFI.

Fondue
Modern, exclusive and luxurious flat house in a central, quiet and sunny location. The house can be reached from the railway station in about 10 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by electric taxi, which drives right up to the front door. The bus stop for the ski bus is just a few metres from the house and the Sunnegga Paradise ski area is a 5-minute walk away. There are shops and restaurants in the vicinity of the house. The house was built to the Minergie standard and therefore offers excellent living comfort. Casa della Luce has a ski room with heated ski boot cupboard. A lift takes you from the entrance area to your flat. Our guests also have access to an exclusive in-house wellness centre with whirlpools, steam bath and sauna, where you can really relax after a strenuous day in the Zermatt mountains.
All flats are non-smoking flats.
Pets are not allowed.
