There is also a balcony area for sunbathing and, in summer, a garden area with green space. There is an easily accessible garage parking space in the house. From the garage you can reach the flat comfortably by lift. Access to the flat from the street is conveniently at ground level. A car is not necessary. The railway station, bus stop, post office, kiosk and grocery shop are in the immediate vicinity. 500 m walk to the cross-country ski trail and golf course.

Description of the village:
