Description of the holiday rental
In an exclusive location right in the heart of Inner-Arosa stands the grand holiday home „auf der Melchernen“. The chalet boasts over 200 square meters of living space across two floors, nine rooms, six bedrooms with eight beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and two separate showers, one on the upper floor and one on the lower floor, plus two toilets. Three of the bedrooms also feature additional washbasins. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The living room is made of solid Swiss pine wood. A special feature of the house is a large sun terrace with individually openable sliding windows and a magnificent all-round view of the mountains. Below the house, there is a parking space for up to three cars and directly opposite the ski school. In just two minutes on foot, you reach the Kulm gondola to the Tschuggen, and with normal snow conditions, you can ski directly down to the house. The house, with its authentic charm and special artistic details inside, was built in 1925 and has always been owned by the family. Apart from the basement, everything is completely made of wood. It is available for rent for only a few weeks a year. Dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are available. Two sleds are also at your disposal.
