The single storey family house lies on a side street in a residential area of Ascona, close to the golf course and Lido. Sunny and quiet location not far from the village center. In front of the living room of the pretty house there is the covered terrace, which is directly adjacent to the lawn. A green hedge forms the border to the neighboring properties. The outside area with lawn and garden furniture also includes Mediterranean plants with bushes etc.. all for private use. Driveway until house. 1 reserved parking space. Bus stop about 200m. Shops, Lido Ascona and golf course about 600m. Village center and lake promenade about 1 km. Bed/kitchen linen, washing machine and baby cot available. Pets not permitted.
