The second-floor apartment has an ambient terrace with a designer lamp, exposed-beam covering and vibrant foliage to create the ideal space to dine alfresco and spend carefree moments of relaxation together.

Inside, the holiday apartment consists of a characteristic living room with a large sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a fully-equipped kitchen cum diner for a comfy, home-like stay with all modern amenities. The kitchen of the apartment has been designed in such a way that guests would love making homemade meals with all essential utilities like a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and induction hob at their disposal here.

Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed to sleep two guests in comfort.

From Ascona's ambient terraced restaurants to various amenities (including supermarkets) for a carefree self-catered stay, everything is just a 2-minutes walk away. For exploration, the science museum, Casa Sarodine, the Ascona tourist train called Trenino Turistico, and the picturesque Ascona lakefront with brightly hued Mediterranean buildings and palm trees are also just a quick 2-minutes walk away.

For those coming with children, Parco Giochi, an amusement park, is the perfect entertainment spot and an 8-minutes walk from the holiday apartment. However, if you wish to retreat in the tranquil sanctuary of Monte Verità, then a 20-minutes walk from the apartment will easily lead you there.

Ascona is also an ideal gateway to the magical Brissago Islands, the ferry connection to which is located a 10-minutes drive from here.
